My terarrium has an odd new visitor.


I have no idea what this fungus is, but it grew to a height of 4 inches in about 36 hours. There are about half a dozen smaller versions, mere dots only a couple of millimeters in height. They grew from patches of round, fuzzy spores that came from...I have no idea. They could be borne of the soil, as I don't think any of the plants produce such growths. Or maybe they just came from space.
